Dirk Loots
Where performance and well-being intersect or stand in opposition, that’s where my fascination lies. In my personal life, where private and professional aspects intertwine, this quest has always been the common thread. Outside of school and university, life has taught me much and will continue to do so. I have been dedicated as an athlete and later as a coach, worked in a large company, and in 2008, I started a business with several partners. The company that emerged from that venture, we eventually sold. In 2024, my longtime business partner and friend Floris Evers and I started The Grit Club. We guide teams and individuals in realizing their ambitions, which we do with immense pleasure.
And oh yes, there’s also fatherhood (2 daughters and a son), by far the most beautiful and educational of all.
potential.

Floris Evers
My mission is to demonstrate that performance and well-being can go hand in hand perfectly. I also believe that genuine connection always leads to better results. During my Olympic career, I was often amazed by the untapped potential in many leaders and teams. After the London Olympic Games (where I was the captain), I decided to join Peak4, the company founded by my business partner and good friend Dirk. The company was eventually sold. In 2024, Dirk and I started The Grit Club. We guide teams and individuals in realizing their ambitions, which we do with immense pleasure.
In addition to my sports and work, I completed a master’s degree in history and have undertaken many courses related to personal and team development. I am married to Cato and have three children, family, of course, is the most important in my life.
